The Power Is Ours is a Diversity and Inclusion Initiative by Disney. Its goal is to give visibility to Brazilian black artists. To achieve this objective, 5 of them were commissioned to present their version of the most iconic Marvel black characters: Black Panther, Tempest, Miles Morales, Falcon and the Wakanda Women. The story of these illustrators and their creative process were told in mini-docs, shot by an all female LGBTQIA+ production company. And the arts were licensed to products like clothes, toys and collectibles.
